XOMAPL137AZKB3 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 256-BGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tube. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. OMAP-L1x is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM926EJ-S processor. It has SDRAM RAM controllers. A HPI, I2C, McASP, MMC/SD, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with OMAPL137. A total of 256 terminations have been recorded. 300MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 256 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths.
