Z8018010VSC Overview
Packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead), the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the Z180 series. This CPU is cored with a Z80180 processor. This CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 68 terminations totally. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 8-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 10MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 68 pins functions. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 8b-bit system. 68 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in many applications. The micro processor can function from 5V. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. The CPU core voltage is 5V. The amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed 64kB. You can supply voltage 60mA higher than 60mA to the CPU. 2 counters are used to help tell how busy the CPU is.
