Z8018216ASG Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 100-LQFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 8-Bit. This microprocessor features interfaces ASCI, CSIO, SCC, UART. In this CPU, I/O is set to 5.0V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROCONTROLLER. The microprocessor can be searched for with Z80182 if you are looking for variants. In total, there are 100 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 8-Bit system. There is 16MHz frequency set for the CPU.
