Z8S18010VEC Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead). In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tube is used. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 8-Bit. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~100°C TA. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the Z180 series. The CPU is cored with a Z8S180 processor. The CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features interfaces ASCI, CSIO, UART. In this CPU, I/O is set to 5.0V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, there are 68 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 8-Bit system. There is 10MHz frequency set for the CPU. You can find information about the functions of 68 pins in the datasheets.
