This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The package of this RF modulator is Bulk.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
