FDC3612 Overview


Op amps with either input grounded have a fixed input capacitance parameter, CI, and this device has a 660pF @ 50V maximal input capacitance.This device conducts a continuous drain current (ID) of 2.6A, which is the maximum continuous current transistor can conduct.Drain-source breakdown voltage is the VDS at which a specified value of ID flows, with VGS=100V. And this device has 100V drain to source breakdown voltage.A device's turn-off delay time is the amount of time it takes to charge its input capacitance before drain current conduction can begin, which is 23 ns.Input capacitance charging takes time before drain current conduction begins, so the turn-on delay time is 6 ns.Voltage at the gate-source terminal of a FET transistor, called the gate-source voltage, or VGS, can be 20V.Threshold voltage is the point at which an electrical device is set to activate any one of its operations, and this transistor has 2.3V threshold voltage. A device like this reduces its overall power consumption when it uses drive voltage (6V 10V).
