SI1002-E-GM2R Overview
In order to save board space, the 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).42 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 900mV for this RF transceiver.The system operates at a frequency of 240MHz~960MHz.
