SI1000-E-GM2R Overview
The 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used for saving board space. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.Transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, which is efficient and reliable.High reliability is achieved by using advanced transceiver RF' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).With 42 pins, the transceiver RF circuit board is designed.Using Surface Mount, transceiver is mounted.In order for this RF transceiver to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 900mV.240MHz~960MHz is the frequency in which RF transceiver operates .
