VEMD2023SLX01 Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. To flow current across a photodiode, a voltage of 1V is required. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 60V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
