VEMD2503X01 Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD packages for safety protection. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 215mW heat within a circuit. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 1V. In the reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
