42-WFQFN Exposed Pad saves RF transceiver IC's board space. In order to mount the RF transceiver's mounting, Surface Mount is used.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, it shows high-performance and reliability.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tube.42 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.The system operates on the basis of the frequency 240MHz~960MHz.
